MUTE/PLAY MUSIC by TheDigitalCoy
Have been a subject of interest for artists throughout history. Most references to muses are of the 9 from Greek mythology, however, I argue that concept of the muse existed during the time of the Sumerians and the Epic of Gilgamesh. One could argue that Enlil, Enki, and then Inanna were the first muses because of their role as caretakers to the 60 Mes, or divine decrees, that defined and made up the essences of civilization.
One of these Mes, was Art.
The Muse Cycle of the Private Poet Salon, tells private and intimate untold stories of regular people who encountered the muses - experience, be immersed in these hitherto untol moments in time.
Part of the Muse Group Collection by @earthtmc Foundation World SZN1 and is inspired by the Jinling Beauties from one of my favorite novel series “The Story of the Stone" or “Dream of the Red Chamber” by Cao Xueqin.
Most think of the 12 but there are in fact 13 Jinling Beauties. The 13th was Ke-qing (not to be confused with Qin Keqing) whom Jia Baoyu dreamt of in the Red Chamber. She was the “ideal woman” to him that he met in his dream and the combination of the best traits from his in real life love interests Lin Daiyu and Xue Baochai. We all seek the ideal and though elusive the ideal for each of us does exist.

Erato Polyhymnia, a multimedia poem with original music, illustration, and AI-assisted portraiture and landscape, is the first piece in the Muse Cycle. It focuses on a chance encounter with Erato (the muse of "lyric poetry, particularly erotic poetry, and mimic imitation") and Polyhymnia (the muse of "sacred poetry, sacred hymn, dance and eloquence, as well as agriculture and pantomime." They are two of the more obscure of the 9 muses of Greek mythology
Each edition of Erato Polyhymnia, has unlockables:
A scroll with an inscription of the poem taken from the Archive of Dreams (the place where all stories told and yet to be told are kept). Each scroll is on a page of parchment by Lost Poets, a collection created by Pak.
